Frequently Asked Questions
Samples & Development
We usually send 5–10 samples per formula, typically in 50–100 mL sample containers. The container depends on the formula.
The first sample round is free, including international shipping. From the second round, each round is USD 200, including international shipping (for example, three rounds total USD 400). All sample fees are fully credited toward your first production order.
Usually 3–6 months, depending on how many sample rounds you need. Each round takes about 7 business days to prepare, plus 4–7 days for international shipping.
We'll revise it. We don't move to the next step until you approve the formula.
Packaging & Testing
Yes. Customer-supplied packaging works as long as it passes compatibility testing (CT) with your formula. The appearance and quality of customer-supplied components remain your responsibility.
CT checks how your formula and packaging perform together after filling. Typical tests include high-temperature storage, leakage, sealing and drop tests. Test items vary by formula and packaging. CT takes about 2 weeks.
Often, yes. High-temperature and drop tests (from 1 m or higher) simulate extreme conditions, so a fail result is not unusual. We'll walk you through each result, and if you choose to proceed, we'll ask for your written confirmation before production.
Production & Inspection
Every order goes through our manufacturing partner's standard in-house quality checks. For extra assurance, on-site inspection is available for USD 300 per production run: on production day, our team visits the production line to check that your order follows the approved packaging specification, including product appearance, units per carton and pallet loading, and shares photos and video with you in real time. Production dates may shift, and we'll keep you updated. On-site inspection is not included in the online estimate.
Typically 8–10 weeks after the 50% deposit is received, for first orders and reorders alike. Timing can vary with quantity and season.
